Mind blogging story of an IAS officer

Every year many IAS officers are being selected by UPSC but some of their journey to become a topper is most inspiring. One such officer who inspired many aspirants is Mr.Revu Muthyala Raju -Topper (1st Rank) of CSE 2006 ,presently working as Secretary in Chief Minister’s office (CMO) in Government of Andhra Pradesh.

His Success Journey since beginning.

1995- 1st RANK in Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnic in AP

1998- 1st Rankin Engineering Common Entrance Test (B.Tech-NIT, Warangal)

2002– 3rd Rank in GATE(M.E from IISc, Bangalore)

2003- 1st Rankin Indian Engineering Service.

2005–223 rd Rank in Civil Services Exam and selected for IPS-Rajasthan Cadre

2007– 1st Rank in Civil Services Exam 2006-IAS, Andhra Pradesh Cadre

                     Optional subjects -Mathematics & Electrical Engineering

 Family Back ground

He born in fisherman family in remote coastal Village in Andhra Pradesh with no proper road and medical facilities since village was cutoff from both Godavari and Krishna Rivers. He lost his sister since they could not admit her to a hospital in time due to lack of proper transportation.

His commitment and consistent hard work made him to succeed all the exams he appeared. His background didn’t a bane for him and he felt inspired to come out of the obstacles.
