CUET(UG) 2023- a gateway Exam for Central Universities UG Courses

After completion of 10+2 (Intermediate), what next is the most common question for all students? Higher education must be completed at quality institutions where well developed facilities and qualified faculty is available since it would provide the immense educational experiences as well as show the great impact on the career prospects.
Central Universities in India provide such opportunity to pursue the higher education where the students get the qualified faculty, facilities like labs, hostels etc. Central Universities are those that are created by an Act of Parliament and are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education. Because the funding is distributed by the MHRD through the UGC, these universities have been classified as centres (Union Government).
There are more than 50 Central Universities in India under the Ministry of Education and other Ministries. The list of universities and their location is as follows.

How to get Admission in Central Universities
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is being introduced for admission into all UG Programmes in all Central Universities for Academic session 2023-24 under the Ministry of Education, (MoE). National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the computer based exam all over India in 13 languages.

List of Qualifying Examinations (QE)
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi; etc.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
Mode of Examination:
CUET (UG) – 2023 will completely be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode
Pattern of Question Paper:
Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and each question carries 5 marks.
